Business Gas Contract – Predetermine the Late Fee Charges Are you thinking about signing a new contract with a business gas supplier? If yes, then you should be aware of certain things well in advance before signing the contract with your selected business gas supplier. If your selected business gas suppliers tell you that they will charge you an undefined penalty, for the late payment of any dues, in the form of per unit cost of the used business gas energy and they solely reserve the right to decide the charge of the per unit cost then you certainly avoid such a contract. It is absolutely right that you are obliged to pay all your dues within the specified period of time, but it is not right on the part of a business gas supplier to charge you the late fee at their own discretion. You should try to convince them to predetermine a fixed amount of late fee per unit of used business gas energy.
